Jennifer Lynn Heck was born with cerebral palsy. That hasn’t stopped her from taking many leaps of faith. They include seven tandem skydives and writing-designing-publishing three books.

She passionately believes, “My mission in life is to break barriers between people and build bridges to God. Everyone needs to know Jesus Christ, grow in their faith and use their God-given gifts for his glory.”

In 2021, Jennifer Lynn Heck published the third edition of her book A Heavenly Conversation One Night Before Christmas. She wrote and designed this unique full-color illustrated book, which leads the reader on a wonder-filled journey through the complete Gospel story.

 

The book was a bestseller several weeks on BookBaby in 2019 and 2020. In December 2021 and 2022, A Heavenly Conversation One Night Before Christmas was a #1 bestseller on Amazon in Christian Evangelism and #14 in Christian Holidays.

Jennifer Lynn Heck published a second book in 2023; its second edition was published in January 2024. The title is Walking Victoriously Through a Fiery Furnace. Written as an epistle, Jennifer openly shares her own true story of coldhearted betrayal by a false Christian teacher. She tells the riveting story through the books main character, Victoria Grace. The full-color illustrated book is a road map to navigating a painful journey in falsehood and victorious healing through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

In early 2023, Walking Victoriously Through a Fiery Furnace was the #1 new release on Amazon in three categories: Christian Counseling & Recovery, Christian Pastoral Counseling, and Spiritual Warfare.

In February 2024, Jennifer published a third book: A Heavenly Conversation In Eternity Past. It is essentially the same as her 2021 A Heavenly Conversation One Night Before Christmas book. This version has an updated title, cover and several page designs. The timeless, Bible-based message offers hope and meaning throughout the year.

For nearly thirty years, Jennifer worked as a graphic designer of publications and has written more than 130 articles. Most of the newspaper articles were published in The Southeast Outlook, where she served as a columnist for ten years. She is a member of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. She graduated summa cum laude with a second bachelor’s degree from Johnson Bible College; Knoxville, Tennessee. Her major was the Bible and she specialized in disability ministry.
